21.01.2022 Aaron Batchelor is a local in the Upper Hunter Valley NSW. He suffered a bleed on the brain at age 9, and ended up with paralysis to the left side of his body. Growing up, Aaron wanted to try sports but nothing was suited to his disability. Then Aaron was introduced to 8-ball/Pool. He has now spent a number of years training himself to read the pool table in advance and to be able to make shots one-armed... out playing most of the Upper Hunter's best two-armed pool players in... many local Pool Comps! Now Aaron is aiming for the bigger fish! On November 1st he is going to the East Coast Pool/8-Ball championships in Western Sydney. Aaron is after some support to get a bit of extra kit, accommodation and a flash set of shirts to set up a look of a champion as he takes on the best two-armed players on the East Coast.
