14.01.2022 Carmel Peters went with me for lessons and her driving test. Sadly, it took a fight with VICROADS about a very unfair decision on their part. Carmel had not lost one single point and yet was failed. Not to be outdone. I returned to the testing office and went straight to the top with my complaint. Later that day after the office had spoken with the head office in Kew, we won the fight and Carmel was re tested and successfully passed her test
