13.01.2022 We’ve been eagerly awaiting the chance to share some exciting news with you and now that its all official, we can finally tell the world! We’re thrilled to announce that the Learn To Nourish Clinic will be relocating to Ranelagh in the Huon Valley. It's been a whirlwind of a year, yet somehow between planning a wedding, a global pandemic and continuing to work like busy bees, we’ve managed to buy our own little house in the country ... Situated 30 minutes outside of Hobart CBD, Ranelagh offers the unique opportunity to be in the country whilst staying within a stone's throw of a capital city. Being only 2 minutes off the Huon Highway and 3 minutes from the Willie Smiths Apple Shed, it's well situated and easy to find. (Also for our sneaky clients who continue to consume 1 too many pasties, the famous Summer Kitchen bakery is just down the road ) We are excited to not only call it home but our new clinic space. For those of you reading this from further afield, don't panic! We totally understand that this move may be rather inconvenient for you. We will always continue to offer online Zoom, Skype and/or phone consultations to those of you who live too far away, those unable to make the journey or for those who just love chatting whilst on the couch in your jammies :P So for those of you who were thinking about checking us out or to our amazing clients looking to book in for a follow-up, appointments will be available in Ranelagh from Monday the 21st of September. When using our online booking tool you will be able to select if you require a face to face appointment in clinic or an online appointment when selecting your time. Until then, consultations will continue as per usual out of our Tranmere clinic. A big thanks to all of you for your ongoing support during this crazy year and we can't wait to show you our new clinic space once its all set up. Ally & Benedict

10.01.2022 To our beautiful clients and followers Merry Christmas and a happy new year from the Learn To Nourish team What a year! Besides the obvious global pandemic. its been a big and eventful year for us! We’ve planned & postponed our wedding, brought our first home & relocated to Ranelagh and gained a new team member! ... It’s well overdue that we introduce you to Basil the Border Collie, our little (not for long!), ‘Learn To Nourish’ mascot. Lets just say the first month was intense and did not allow for lots of social media time Basil is a totally little champ and well on the way to leading in his fur parents footsteps.by eating every vegetable in sight Pickled radish anyone?! He is super excited to meet anyone who needs a bit of puppy cuddle therapy, however he will be kept out the back of clinic unless you request to see him So don’t be afraid to ask! Although this year has been full of challenging times, we’re lucky enough to say this year has also been full of incredible experiences, faces and an appreciation for all that we have and hold dear to us. We know that this hasn’t been the case for all of you and sincerely hope that 2021 is full of rewarding experiences, big belly laughs and calmer times! We want to thank you for supporting us through the adjustment to solely online consults and our big move to the country. We can’t wait to continue working with you all in 2021! We’re taking a short break over the Festive period and will be away from the 21st of December till the second week of January (11th). We will still be reachable via the phone if you have any emergencies. However, we will be trying to stay away from our computers for some much needed technology detoxing and recharging our own batteries Our online booking system is still live, so if you’d like to get cracking on your health plan for 2021, hop onto our facebook page or website to book a consultation for January. So, for our last educational tidbit of 2020... We often get asked for advice on how to look after yourself this time of year, how to stay low carb, look after my microbiome, reduce bloating, stop cravings, what if I drink to much etc However our biggest advice this time of year (especially this year) is to enjoy it It's been a full on & stressful year for all of us. So let your hair down, eat a piece of cake and enjoy spending time with your friends and family, even if its via Zoom or Skype. Laughter, smiles, hugs and company is the best medicine for the mind, body and soul We look forward to connecting with you again next year. Big love Ally, Benedict & Basil
