All cars need to be dropped off at this address and a purification treatment put through the vehicle prior to detailing service taking place. This is to protect ourselves and you. 04.01.2022 Best complaint phone call I’m ever likely to receive. Yesterday I received a call from a lady whose car we’d cleaned earlier in the week. She said that the clear bonnet protector was missing from the front of her car since we’d had it to detail. I told her I’d look for it and replace it if it didn’t turn up. Half an hour later she rang again to apologise as she’d found the bonnet protector. It was on the front of her car. It was so clean she couldn’t see it. I’d like these call every week. We both had a good laugh
