25.01.2022 Renovation 2: A significant part of this project has been the prep (also known as weed removal). The team worked extremely hard to remove the weed and overgrown shrubs, and only then do we get a true gauge for the scale of the project.

20.01.2022 Who remembers the screens that were custom built to hide air conditioning units, from the What have you got to hide? series? Well heres a little update; the hardenbergia violacea (climbing plant) has come along beautifully and the true colour of the corten steel is now visible. The centre laser cut panel was produced by TLE Custom Metalwork, whilst the left and right panels were custom designed and created offsite by the talented LLV Team. Were very happy with the final product, what does everyone else think?

This image, taken two weeks ago, gives a terrific real life view of the hand rendered proposal plans given to the client all those years ago. Impressive garden, dont you think?

06.01.2022 Well the weather is looking glorious for the weekend, and perfect for exploring the gardens on the Peninsula. Have you got kids? Well Seagrove is certainly worth the visit. This design definitely kept family entertainment at the fore, with purpose built play areas and a Croquet Lawn!
06.01.2022 So here is the finished courtyard! The garden bed features, which the LLV Team have dubbed The Jelly Beans, have been edged with corten steel which will rust off to an orange colour. Correa Dusty Bells being a low growing, bird attracting shrub have been planted through out. The original paving was replaced with a custom coloured rock pave resin creating an organic dimension to the area.

01.01.2022 Renovation 3: Its all taking shape on this project now. Much safer (and more aesthetically pleasing) stairs are going in to allow for an easy stroll down for an afternoons relaxing. Sleepers have been used in a not so conventional way as a retaining wall, and we also see dry stone walling being utilised for even more texture and colour. The LLV Team are really building something beautiful for this very lucky client.
