Our work hours have significantly reduced during these past months, however we are working hard to keep your projects moving along at a timely manner. With stage 4 coming into effect as of 11.59pm Wednesday 5th August, meetings with clients will no longer be able to take place. However zoom meetings will be available to clients who have the means. 22.01.2022 I love the challenge of designing units in a tight space. These 2 were squeezed behind the existing dwelling on a 864m2 block, in a General Residential Zone 1.

17.01.2022 Corner blocks are perfect for dual occupancy townhouses / subdivisions. This second dwelling which we designed a few years ago is constructed behind the existing house. However being on a corner block allowed its own seperate access.

09.01.2022 Its always nice to receive photos from clients after construction has been completed. This one is a townhouse to the rear of an existing dwelling in Croydon, that we compelted plans for a couple of years ago.

07.01.2022 It’s a good day when you receive a planning permit for a job that was submitted to council almost 3 years ago. Yep, almost THREE years of site visits, council meetings, reports, additional surveys, numerous consultants and countless hours. But we finally got it across the line! Now to get cracking on these working drawings so these lovely people can finally start building their dream home!!!
