24.01.2022 A beach theme cake helped Sam celebrate his 21st birthday in Dongara last weekend. Kite surfing, his troopy and daisy his dog all featured on the cake. Top tier was a vanilla butter cake , bottom tier was orange and poppy seed with orange chocolate ganache. Congrats Sam and hope everyone had a great night.

14.01.2022 A "welcome baby" cake with a difference. A large chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache and slate floor tiles made out of fondant. Lined up on the floor is Mum, Dad and baby Corbetts work boots, just as they would be at home. The only difference is that these boots are all hand crafted out of fondant, right down to the shoe laces and the red Pilbara dust on Dads boots.

The beautiful white satin finished cake was embellished with royal icing and very soft pink fondant roses. The cake was taken to the venue separately and assembled on arrival, all completed within the hour. Thanks for the help of my husband Ray and three very strong men who very kindly help carry all the 5 teirs.A big thank you to everyone for your help. Hope everyone enjoyed the day.
