24.01.2022 It has been a pleasure to collaborate with T2 Tea to deliver their first 5 Star, Green Star rated fitout at Westfield Bondi Junction. The project brief incorporated a focus on sustainability and ethical practices, whilst supporting local business. Leeda Projects sourced natural materials and finishes and used a combination of recycled and Australian made materials to deliver this sustainable fitout. 23.01.2022 Gogyo is Fitzroy’s newest ramen inspired dining destination. The heritage listed building was transformed from an old burger diner into a stylish Japanese restaurant in the main hub of Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. In just under three months this interior was fully transformed which included new Kitchen & Bar, bespoke Joinery & Furniture and timber flooring to revivify this space. As our industry forecasts growth for the year ahead, Leeda commences with a strong start to the new year, with new project opportunities and developments in the pipeline. Due to growth, we are currently seeking committed and results driven Project Managers with experience in delivering fitouts in the Commercial Building Sector Retail, Hospitality and Institutional. 18.01.2022 AFL Kitchen and Bar | Retail Fitout. Leeda Projects in collaboration with Emirates Leisure Retail Australia, were delighted to work on the new pilot venue AFL Kitchen and Bar at Melbourne Airport. The AFL Kitchen and Bar fitout showcases a custom suspended ceiling feature, comprising of 500 pendants in the shape of footballs. This fitout incorporates bespoke joinery including a 15 meter bar cladded in thermoformed stone, polished copper, beer tanks and beer lines. 14.01.2022 SPQR - Melbourne CBD. Wood-Fired Pizza With Attitude! Great reviews continue for SPQR, one of Leeda’s unique hospitality projects. This boisterous wood-fired pizzeria features an amazing collection of artwork throughout the venue, a DJ booth and a funky bar that serves a range of great local and Italian wine/beer. 09.01.2022 Leeda Projects are excited to collaborate with one of Australia’s fastest growing convenience chains 7 Eleven as part of their Coffee 500 Upgrade. The new fitouts have been designed to enhance the customer’s sensory experience. The project and site teams are delivering a roll out of ‘quick turn-around’ refurbishments to several stores throughout Victoria. The stores are remaining open throughout the duration of works posing the challenges of working within live, busy en...vironments. Despite these restrictions, our crews are prioritising health, safety and environmental concerns, including minimising noise to ensure least disruption to patrons and surrounding businesses. 03.01.2022 Amora Hotel, Riverwalk Richmond | Hospitality Fitout Amora Hotel Riverwalk, one of Leeda Projects recent achievements in the heart of Richmond is one to check out next time you are in the area. This fitout features a range of striking finishes consisting of brass, stone, timber, architectural steelwork, bespoke flooring and high end joinery just to name a few. This project consists of a new state of the art Commercial Kitchen, feature Bars, Cool Room, welcoming Reception Are...a, Courtyards, unique Lounges and amazing Restaurant, Dining & Function areas. The old outdoor Terrace was also retransformed into a new refreshing Events/Dining Pavilion topped with an aesthetic green roof.
