24.01.2022 Good evening everyone Being the start of the week we thought what better way to start your week then by giving you a fun fact for your Monday. Now this fun fact is that many people out there believe the common and only way to burn and lose fat is to walk or jog on the treadmill for years on end. Well that isn't always the case, yes walking or jogging on the treadmill will see small results but eventually will leave you getting board and then giving up on your pursuit to you...r goals. 17.01.2022 On behalf of Leedham's Fitness I would like to take the time to say what a massive effort and experience it was seeing everyone smashing their PB on dead lifts this week with these two legends going above and beyond with Matt smashing the heavy weights dead lifting for the first time and Dougie showing a super human effort and lifting his 1RM from 100kg into the 200kg club.
