22.01.2022 Three of Liong’s favourite dim sum dishes appear in the selection: siu mai (pork and prawn) with goji berries and garlic sauce; pork-and-garlic-chive dumplings with aged black vinegar and chilli oil; and vegetarian spring rolls with yuzu-and-plum sauce. (They also come with a bamboo steamer basket and easy cooking instructions.)
