25.01.2022 *Update: Scott Morrison has just made an announcement that restaurants and cafes are still able to proceed trading but restricted to takeaways only! So business is as usual ! ANNOUNCEMENT... We have created this page to announce that given today’s announcement from our NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian, in 48 hours all non-essential services across NSW will be placed on lockdown. This has sadly affected us, which means we will be forced to cease operations from Tuesday 24th of March until further notice. We will be open TOMORROW (Monday, 23/03) for lunch (11:30am - 2pm) and dinner (5pm - 8:30pm) in the meantime so please feel free to come down and purchase some lunch/dinner on our final day before we temporarily close doors. We would like to say thank you to all the locals for your ongoing support and to please continue to support local businesses around the area, stay safe and support one another during this crisis. We will be using this page more from now on for further updates, specials, hours etc. in the near future. 11.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT (again sorry) With the rapid rise of COVID-19 and clusters of the virus being found in Cessnock we have decided to temporarily cease operations from the 30th of March (Monday). This has been a tough decision to make and with Mumma and Papa Ho’s age, constantly working and being in risk of contracting the virus is not something we would like to continue doing. ... Provided we do not go into full lockdown prior, Lee Ho Restaurant will be closed until further notice from the 30th of March. Again, we would like to thank everyone for supporting us during this time and apologize for the indecisiveness over the couple of days. We’ll miss all your smiles and banter and we hope this clears up quick so everything can go back to normal again

The front door will be closed for public entry, and strictly takeaways only until further notice.... To order food please do the following: 1. Ring to place an order 2. Park at the rear of the restaurant in the car park (across from The Australian Hotel) 3. Ring again on arrival, let us know what car you’re in and we will process the order at your car! 04.01.2022 All of us (mumma ho especially) would like to send a BIG thank you to so many of you coming to support us tonight during this time. Over the past few weeks the outbreak has definitely affected businesses in our small town and its great to see the locals showing their support. Remember to stay safe, wash your hands regularly and to look after one another.... Friendly reminder that we DO have EFTPOS with no card surcharges and we do encourage you to use this instead of cash to avoid further contact.

03.01.2022 Lee Ho Restaurant update. Due to the pandemic situation. We want everyone to be safe and prevent further spread and outbreak of COVID-19. We have implemented a safer way to operate and help flatten the curve. From tomorrow (26/3) we will be open for takeaways and will be operating on a call and collect service as the premises will be closed for public entry.... Here's how the new system will go: 1. Ring again on arrival, let us know what car you’re in and we will process the order at your car!
