23.01.2022 As of Todays date ALL ORDERS (even small) will require a deposit or even better full payment! No designs, colours, themes will be discussed until deposit is received! These deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, as I order items as soon as an order is placed if I dont have them in stock! Also as of today COVID-19 restrictions is NOT accepted as an excuse to cancel your order and receive your deposit back. ... All NSW residents are well aware of the restrictions in place which have been the same for quite a while now. The only way I will accept covid19 as an excuse is IF NSW health or our premiere advises that we are not to hold parties! Visitors to your home is 20 people. Various places have higher limits as I have had many many clients have parties the past few weeks host parties at venues. Is it not fair on people who I turn away because I am booked out only to have a cancellation! It is also not fair on myself when I am taking time out from my family to message and work out your order, design, purchase labels etc Thankyou for your understanding
