23.01.2022 1 of the most common things I hear about diet is the lack of time to food prep. Heres my breakfast this morning - this took all of 5 minutes to prep last night. EVERYONE can do this! Macros below for this meal are: Calories - 306 Carbs - 21g Fat - 19g... Protein - 15g Take the time each evening to prep your meals. This will stop you from choosing unhealthier options when youre hungry!
23.01.2022 COVID-19 did not stop these amazing people from exercising this morning. My biggest class this year! We put precautionary measures in place, cleaning the equipment each round and despite how crazy the world is at the moment, we managed to have some laughs and kept the mood super positive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my little business that means so much to me. I appreciate each and every one of you xx

20.01.2022 This guy @b_rendan83 . We have been working so damn hard on building up the strength in his quads over the last few months. The lunge was always a bit of a nemesis for him but damn...that depth he now gets is a testament to his hard work. I love seeing these results and this is why I LOVE my job! Can't wait to see what 2021 has install for you Brendan!

20.01.2022 Absolutely love training this little pocket rocket and when you read her story...it's pretty damn incredible "At the age of 5 I ended up with sciatic nerve damage from a major operation. Since then doctors & physiotherapists always told me I would never gain muscle back in my right leg. I reached out to Leesh to do training to lose weight because if I kept putting on weight I would of ended up in a wheel chair. ... Since February Leesh and I have been training. 5 months ago, I was rolling my ankle multiple times a day, falling over even on flat surfaces and even the thought of stepping up onto a box made me worried. Today after 5 months of training I don’t roll my ankle as much, I haven’t had a fall in months and I did Barbell step ups, barbell squats & weighted reverse lunges without holding onto a pole. Alicia is a miracle worker and I am so grateful to have found her".

I have the perfect solution...got yourself a 600mL bottle? If you fill it with water, it weighs 1kg....fill it with sand and it weighs 1.6kg. Got a 2L bottle? 02.01.2022 This lovely client came to me wanting to improve her running time. Here I am getting her to focus on that knee drive (with resistance) and engaging through her core. The 2nd exercise is all about the slow eccentric phase, exploding into a jump from her toes (contracting those calf muscles). 01.01.2022 So it feels like Im coming to an end of another chapter in my little business. For the past 2 months Ive become an outdoor / mobile PT, adapting to COVID-19 and the challenges Ive faced but Im pretty damn proud of myself!! From Monday I can resume my 1 on 1 and small group PT sessions in the gym (following strict precautions that have been put in place). Whilst it has been tough I have been so lucky being able to continue what I Iove doing, even though in a somewhat limited capacity. I cant thank my family, work family, friends and clients enough for the love, support and trust youve all shown me. Heres cheers to a somewhat different and exciting NEW chapter!!

01.01.2022 We have been working hard on trying to get Brendans deadlift form on point and hence....lift heavier! We have chosen to break it all down and "go back to basics". Todays session was all about focusing on keeping his chest up and straightening his lower back whilst under tension. The tension being a 20kg slam ball!
