25.01.2022 So when you have a cylinder (Hot water) inside is a sacrificial anode that erodes away over time, once all gone this is when the cylinder is then attacked and corodes which eventually then starts to leak. It maybe in the small print in the warranty that it needs to be replaced and if not warranty may be void. Sometimes cylinders are installed where it needs to be removed to be able to carry out replacement however if accessible installation is very simple.... Keep calm and Call Lee.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone I just come across this video and thought it was something I should share with you all, I get alot of calls where the customer thinks there is a plumbing issue where it is 60% of the time a issue with a waterproofing membrane fault causing water to damage a ceiling or walls. I do know there are some costs involved when this type of work is carried, it comes down to convenience (not removing tiles) or long term (so I would read the warranty conditions).... I have seen this company around for a while which is a good sign however with this post I'm not promoting them just giving my customer ideas if need in the future. Keep call and Call Lee Take care

I have looked into the issue with the flexable connections and have come by these new connections which will be used from now on.... I cant help with the flexy connections that come with the mixer taps however I see some manufacturers are changing them now too. Please look and check becaause prevention as better than cure. I go into many homes so thought I had to do the best thing to protect my customers health and others too.
