21.01.2022 Hi Lees TaeKwonDo team, Please be aware we will be going back to training on the 25th June at 6.30pm. We will have a policy to follow in the hall that will be on display and will need to be strictly adhered to. We unfortunately cannot allow people to observe, if you come to training you must participate and follow the guidelines of the instructors. Please do not come if you are not feeling well. Attached is our Covid-19 protocol, please read it and acknowledge you have done so, and are aware of the changes. Looking forward to see you next Thursday David.

13.01.2022 Hi, Day 2, started with a 30 minute walk with my daughter Ashleigh and my very fit looking Beagle. 15 min stretching, 5 minute skipping, 15 minute bag work. Yes drag yourself off the couch and share your photos you know who you are....Ok my word yesterday was Annyong Korean for Hello so today it is Jal-ga informal Good bye. Please go to the Lees Taekwondo Academy site and like Taewons 7-news TV moment of fame. Until tomorrow. David Moore 6 Dan instructor Lees Taekwondo

10.01.2022 Slow posts this week, I blame the weather. Did a 5km run yesterday and 1hr yoga online workout today. Fired the wood oven for my beautiful daughters birthday on Thursday and yes Mal some yummy pizza. Hope to be back at TaeKwonDo training in 4 weeks subject rules and regulations. We will follow the guidelines of TaeKwonDo Australia, expect no contact for starters. Keep safe and well. Can’t wait to start sparing, I love the old photo prior to the pandemic.
