25.01.2022 Todays Body Weight Workout - 25- Minute Intense Cardio 1. Jog on the spot for 2 minutes (this is your warm-up). 2. High knees on the spot for 1 minute. 3. Star jumps or Jumping Jacks for 1 minute.... 4. Wide stance squats for 45 seconds. 5. Narrow stance squats for 45 seconds. 6. Jog on the spot for 2 minutes with left and right air punches. 7. Bicycle crunch 1 set x 50 reps. NOTE: No rest in-between exercises. After the last exercise rest for 1 minute then repeat the circuit 4 times.

02.01.2022 Weight Training Myths If you have spent enough time at the gym then chances are you have probably heard that you can burn a lot of calories when you spend endless amounts of time doing cardio and spend less time doing strength training exercises. This particular myth has been fed to women and it’s one of the reasons why they tend to spend an unhealthy amount of time running on the treadmill. If you are interested in losing weight, you will need to balance cardio with strength training.
