23.01.2022 Hands on Learning. What a beautiful day for some gardening in the morning, followed by some work in the cool shed in the afternoon. The canteen have one of the Christmas trees our students have made this year and it looks fantastic. Well done to all the hard working students.

19.01.2022 Year 7Z have been learning about Material Technologies in particular Textiles. They had to make bunting where each flag was a personal, decorated reminder of themselves. The results were awesome.Top job!!!

17.01.2022 Taster lessons continue this Thursday with Parkview and Wamoon Public and Friday with Leeton and Wamoon Public schools. Last week our staff and students had the privilege of meeting the year 6 students who will soon become our year 7 2021 cohort. The students participated in a sample of high school lessons in a variety of KLAs. It was wonderful to see many new connections being made and smiling faces leaving each day. On December 3rd we will be holding our Orientation Day fo...r all students enrolled in year 7 for 2021. Students will experience a day at high school with their full cohort and be placed in their 2021 class group. 14.01.2022 Wow! What a day! Leeton Public School and Wamoon Public School had a ball despite super hot conditions. Students participated in English, History, PDHPE, Food Technology and Woodwork lessons today plus year group activities. Thanks to all our primary schools teachers and support staff for an awesome time. See you next Thursday!!!

11.01.2022 ‘Better out than in I always say!’ The secret is out!!! Leeton High School Creative and Performing Arts will be staging the musical Shrek in 2021. Auditions k...icked off today with all students invited to audition for ensemble roles. They were put through their paces learning both vocals and choreography. Congratulations to the 70+ students who took a chance and did their best today. Auditions for lead roles will take place next week.
