Please prioritize self care time to exercise - walk in fresh air, do online/TV exercise classes or routines, make home gyms, anything to keep your body strong Turn the continuous negative media stream off for a few hours and instead listen or play to music, do art and crafts or puzzles, read a book, learn meditation. Open the curtains and let the sunshine in.... Keep communicating with your loved ones and community especially the isolated. Keep up the positive energy and remember to be kind. 11.01.2022 Leeuwin Medical sadly acknowledges the passing of Dr Andrew Nyman, GP with us here for 13 years, and for decades in the local area. He will be remembered as a wonderful GP and family man. He was truly dedicated as a doctor and loved to share a joke. He balanced his life perfectly. Sadly his final illness robbed him of his speech and strength. His wife and family supported him magnificently. He was humble to the end. RIP Andrew.
