02.01.2022 It was Lefand Retreat time, or should I say TREAT time for Team Management. Our Director’s generosity was massively displayed again, as Philip took the team to the Blue Mountains for an amazing weekend of fun, (yes a little frivolity), and getting to know the little things about each other. Starting with a surprise stop at Ifly Penrith, the team were challenged to let down their guard and have two indoor skydiving flights. Our jaws were paining from laughter, especially after... one of the guys thought swimming mid-air would work (that video has to go viral!). We then trekked on up to Blackheath where we checked into a beautiful house on a cliff, overlooking Megalong Valley. A few adult lemonades were had and we dined at the divine Cinnabar Kitchen. We must thank Carol, Mary-Jane and Corinne for their wonderful hospitality, and recommend you make the trip up! The following day saw the team winding down at the Japanese Bath House, Blue Mountains Sparadise, with hot and cold spas, sauna and the best massage most of us had ever experienced. It was the perfect end to a challenging year and a fantastic way to connect with each other on another level. We are all feeling very fortunate to be a part of a fantastic team and for that Philip, we are extremely grateful! 01.01.2022 Plans for inner Sydneys first multi-unit warehouse and distribution building have been submitted by Goodman Group and Altis Property Partners. The proposed 1.68 hectare site in Alexandria has already been cleared in prospect of development. Goodman group CEO Greg Goodman said they are continuing to increase the levels of development activity and will exceed $7 billion of work in progress in the first half of 2021 financial year.
