24.01.2022 So I’m thinking ahead and working on the idea of music and camping and how it could work given the restrictions in front of us, and I have an idea. If we are allowed 20 people ( 10 vans ) we could put a package together, two nights camping ( self contained- due to restrictions) and three hours of live music around a fire $100 couple. $60 camping ... $40 band That would allow us to support some musicians at $400 And bring back some smiles. So if we go this way would people support it? Which bands/ artists would be keen? Do we only take group booking or open it for individual site bookings ? Keen to hear people’s thoughts ?

24.01.2022 My Dad always said I rush in to much, and he is absolutely correct, when I make my mind up I’m like a bull at a gate. It is with that endeavour and vigour that I went about establishing Left of Field, and like many small businesses Covid19 has hit hard and dampened our enthusiasm and destroyed our finances, and now comes the time to look at options in opening up. On one hand the income would be a saviour and deliver a much needed lifeline, but with it comes the fear of rushin...g in too soon. So with all that in mind and so we can deliver the safest and best experience possible we will not be opening for the month of June. We will take this time to monitor the situation and be better prepared going forward in July. Looking forward to sharing a drink or two around the fire real soon Adrian

19.01.2022 Just heard a rumour, Billy Whitton live at Left of Field again this weekend. 4-7pm. Because we still have rhythm in our shoes from last Saturday. If you could ask him to play a song what would it be? Billy will choose one and we will play it live here so send in your requests.... A few tickets still left.

04.01.2022 Thank you Tasmanian Government for your complete lack of support Deemed not worthy of hardship grants , you have got to be kidding, you closed us down completely and took away our biggest month of earnings and then say were not doing it hard enough I personally know of many people you throw fist full of dollars at that are still working and busier than ever, this shit is a f##king joke the way you deem worthy.
