23.01.2022 One of my favourite authors, Caroline Myss wrote a great piece of advice for those stuck. Instead of asking the question, "What is the purpose of MY life?" ask the question "What is THE purpose of life?" This creates a transformative shift in your mind away from the ego to a higher plane of thinking.

The Automony Parodox We seek flexibility and autonomy over our work, thinking we can work at anytime in any place... but we VOLUNTARILY work harder and longer than any other time or culture. How is it possible we freely want to work ourselves harder or have an expectaction we need to be "available" more? How can we move past time-based thinking and focus on what we achieved in outcomes? Just because you chose to, doesn't mean it's good for us in the long-run.
