14.01.2022 Ethiopia - "Worka Sakaro" A washed indigenous heirloom variety from the infamous Yirgacheffe region. Worka Sakaro is the washing station which can be found in a village called Edera all within the Gedeyo Zone. Worka Sakaro works with over 400 smallholders in the area. ... Grown at at altitude of 1800+, fermented for 48-76 and dried on raised beds. One of our favourites to try if you you want to change things up... expect bergamot, black currant, dried apple, clove and a lot of juiciness!
