17.01.2022 Late yesterday afternoon, Jenny & Nicolle at Legacy House, Wagga Wagga had a visit from William Goldstraw. William is an amazing 14yr old who has a fundraising group called 'William's Can & Bottle Charity Collection'. William raises funds by recycling cans and bottles and donates half his earnings to a different charity of his choice. Yesterday Legacy Club of Wagga Wagga were the lucky recipients of a $600 donation from William to help Legacy look after our local families of our fallen and injured Defence personnel. Due to COVID-19, Legacy has been unable to carry out any fundraising duties. William was aware of this and generously donated what he has worked very hard to earn. William, from the very bottom of our hearts, Legacy Club of Wagga Wagga THANKS YOU!
