05.01.2022 Hey Legends Platinum and all gyms are now closed due to the Covid 19 Epidemic but per Government Regulations 1:1 PT's are still good to go! In anticipation of this I have prepared my home gym to facilitate our sessions. ... I have been blessed enough to purchase all the equipment necessary to ensure our fitness goals remain right on target and have access to both a large indoor/outdoor space right in the heart of Terrigal. This includes: Olympic Barbells Regular Barbells Dumbells Kettlebells Resistance Bands Pull Up Bar Flat Bench Incline Bench Dip Bar Olympic Plates (up to 180kgs) Boxing Gear and much more. All Gym equipment and surface area will be sanitised before and after each session.
