25.01.2022 FEAR FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real SO, WHY DO 94% OF AUSTRALIANS FEAR INVESTING? Most people know they need to invest to create financial wealth, they want to invest, but they don't. Why, because of fear. Fear stops us dead in our tracks. Fear prevents action often when we know we must act. Fear erodes our self esteem, corrupts our self confidence and, over time, convinces us we are losers. Fear keeps us from trying and, if we don't try, we will never get beyond where ...we are now. Our sub-conscious cloaks our fears in perfectly reasonable sounding excuses so we do nothing about tackling our fear of poverty. Excuses such as: apathy, indifference, indecision, doubt, worry, overcaution, and procrastination. You can't because you've convinced yourself you can't. Nothing is holding you back. You are holding yourself back. If you are one of the many afraid of plunging into a wealth investment strategy, you need to keep in mind the alternative of being reliant on a Government Pension that may, or may not, be there in the future. For all Australians who live until retirement around 94% will be financially dependent on the government, friends, relatives, a job or living on charity. In fact, the cold hard reality is, 94% of ALL Australian's who retire, within six years of their retirement, are either poor, in debt, or broke (A.B.S. 2010). 24.01.2022 Here is a SA speed camera car parked by a pretend cop who thinks it's funny to take photo's of motorists allegedly speeding with the camera parked less than 5 metre's from a road sign. It is also ILLEGAL and renders the photo's as in 'reasonable doubt' as to their accuracy in court. If you see this, stop, take some photo's, and call Today Tonight because they love catching these money grabbing revenue raisers for the State Government out!

24.01.2022 An Enduring Power of Attorney is a legally binding document that enables a competent adult to give another person or agency legal authority to make decisions on his or her behalf in the event the person suffers from some legal incapacity in the future. Most people have a Will yet don't allow for the contingency that they can become incapacitated but don't die.

22.01.2022 The results of one of the largest studies of millionaires who have created wealth themselves is quite an eye opener. The study in the USA was undertaken by Dr Thomas J Stanley and his findings were published in a book called ‘Millionaires Mind.’ The study of more than 1,000 millionaires found that some of the key attributes they shared on their journey to becoming a self-made millionaire included: They did not follow the crowd mentality They prepare and plan to succeed ... Most acted on economic opportunity that others just ignored and have willingness to take financial risk. Tend to buy homes when others are selling Focus energy to maximize the return on effort Think of success, not failure Creating wealth through investing clearly comes from developing a very positive a state of mind and professional approach to investing.

22.01.2022 'NEW HOTEL SCAM!! This is one of the smartest scams I have heard about. You arrive at your hotel and check in at the front desk. Typically when checking in, you give the front desk your credit card (for any charges to your room) and they don't retain the card.... You go to your room and settle in. All is good. The hotel receives a call and the caller asks for (as an example) room 620 - which happens to be your room. The phone rings in your room. You answer and the person on the other end says the following: 'This is the front desk. When checking in, we came across a problem with your charge card information. Please re-read me your credit card numbers and verify the last 3 digits numbers at the reverse side of your charge card.' Not thinking anything wrong, since the call seems to come from the front desk you oblige. But actually, it is a scam by someone calling from outside the hotel. They have asked for a random room number, then ask you for your credit card and address information. They sound so professional, that you think you are talking to the front desk. If you ever encounter this scenario on your travels, tell the caller that you will be down to the front desk to clear up any problems. Then, go to the front desk or call directly and ask if there was a problem. If there was none, inform the manager of the hotel that someone tried to scam you of your credit card information, acting like a front desk employee. This was sent by someone who has been duped........ and is still cleaning up the mess. P.S. Please, consider spreading the word by forwarding this msg. Who knows, you might just help someone avoid a nasty experience. All traveller's should be aware of this one!'

21.01.2022 Don't accept mediocrity. The poor listen to their friends and do nothing, while the wealthy listen and gain knowledge from the experts and take action.

21.01.2022 Has anyone noticed that these carion feeding scum, Australian Seniors Insurance Agency has created 2 new FUNERAL INSURANCE television advertisements ON TOP of the other 6 they already have. WHY DO THESE VULTURES ONLY ADVERTISE "FUNERAL INSURANCE"? They do sell at least 5 other products but you wouldn't know because FUNERAL INSURANCE is a wrought and scam and a licence to print money for these "SENIORS SHARKS". If you are dumb enough to let these bastards "GUILT YOU" into getting this terrible product, before giving them your business, PLEASE read their fine print and then use REAL INSURANCE AGENCY who sell the same product.....any questions or concerns feel free contscting us on FaceBook, Anthony.

21.01.2022 I cannot believe one of our friends has been paying $35 (District Court Rates) just to have their lawyer open a bloody email - even if it just says "thanks"! Has been spending around $500/mth just to have these two opposing lawyers send emails to each other and dragging the litigation on for nearly 2 years and not even close to settling!! Anthony Candy, Jan, 2019

20.01.2022 Property investing should not be treated as a get rich scheme (despite some seminars beliefs). If structured properly, with the correct support, it can be a reasonably safe wealth creation tool.

20.01.2022 I cannot believe one of our friends has been paying $27 (District Court Rates) just to have their lawyer open a bloody email - even if it just says "thanks"! Has been spending around $500/mth just to have the two opposing lawyers send emails to each other and dragging the litigation on for nearly 2 years now!! PLEASE MY FB FRIENDS, seek arbitration and talk to the opposing party, do anything you can before handing your disagreement onto a lawyer/law firm. If litigation is all... that is left to you, ALWAYS ask at what rate your lawyer is charging you i.e. District Court Rates or Supreme Court Rates. If they are to be at Supreme Court Rates then ask your lawyer what justification is there to charge above District Court Rates? If you are not satisfied with answer than seek another lawyer. Always have your lawyer to provide you with a letter confirming your rate schedule. PLEASE NOTE: In other states like Victoria, replace "District Court" with "County Court". See more

19.01.2022 If a person dies without a valid Will survivors may face a complicated, time-consuming, and expensive legal process.Dying without a Will leaves an estate "intestate", and a court must step in to divide up the estate using legal defaults to who gets what & poses a heavy tax burden on estate assets. Most people prefer to leave instructions than subject their survivors to government-mandated division.

18.01.2022 If there is anyone who questions the TRUE motives of any insurance agency one need only look at the number of various products they promote through aggressive a...dvertising and compare that against the ratio of the number of products they do sell. AUSTRALIAN SENIORS INSURANCE AGENCY are by far the worst culprits. They sell a myriad of insurance products like house, contents, life, pet, and so on, but what is the ONLY insurance product these self efficating "the over 55 specialists" aggressively advertise? FUNERAL INSURANCE. Funeral insurance is a "money making" wrought and the owner(s) of AUSTRALIAN SENIORS INSURANCE AGENCY should bow their greedy bloody heads in shame. May I humbly suggest before any of you embark on taking on the minefield that is called FUNERAL INSURANCE, make an appointment with some local and well established funeral parlours and discuss the pros & cons of prepaid funerals and also funeral bonds for your funeral of choice rather than insurance agents who market a sole product that preys upon our older friends and relatives by "guilting" them into buying a bad product from greedy vultures. 16.01.2022 Being sick while fighting cancer has allowed the opportunity to do some rewarding "pro bono" legal work for friends....however it has left me dry of a client base because we had to close our business so if you have a legal issue, talk to me at no cost on Messenger.... Anthony

10.01.2022 After a lengthy legal battle with the state of California, which they lost, Coke and Pepsi must reduce (not take out) a cancer causing ingredient in their soft drinks. Seems that there were "trace" amounts of a known carcinogen (4-methylimidazole) in the caramel coloring used by both companies. And even though scientists contend that the trace amount of this carcinogen poses "no immediate health concerns," the companies are still changing the way they make their coloring. Bec...ause they don't want to put a cancer warning on the labels and not because they want to make their drinks healthier (They did ferociously fight against this in court after all). And here's something else for you to think about... Coke and Pepsi can remove all the 4-methylimidazole on the planet but that still doesn't change the fact that what remains in soda is about as good for you as drinking kerosene, and most assuredly can play a role in the development of cancer, even WITHOUT this known carcinogen in the formula. Although MANY foods and drinks contain sugar, far and away the greatest source of increased sugar consumption around the world over the last two decades has come from the sugar in soft drinks (in the form of high fructose corn syrup). You see, sugar is a food for the harmful bacteria in your gut and so it causes them to multiply out of control. Not only does this harmful bacteria overgrowth (dysbiosis) cause digestive problems, but it also increases your risk of cancer. Here's how: Your colon is your main line of defense against dangerous pathogens that you ingest. If you have a healthy population of beneficial bacteria in your colon, they attack the invaders and keep you from getting sick. But if you instead have too much of the bad bacteria, the good guys can't do their job...and you pay a heavy price. Now, if that wasn't enough for you, here's yet ANOTHER way that soda assaults your body: Soda also makes your pH more acidic. The phosphoric acid and sugar in soda are extremely acid-creating to your body, resulting in excess acid waste accumulation that your system cannot effectively eliminate. This is dangerous for two major reasons: 1- All of your organs and systems were designed to function in an alkaline environment. When your pH is even a little too acidic, your organs cannot function like they are supposed to and eventually break down. You also end up sapping many of your body's minerals (including calcium and magnesium) in your body's efforts to neutralize the acid in your bloodstream. 2- You become a more attractive home to cancer. Yes, studies have proven time and again that cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment, but it can thrive and grow in an acidic environment. An alkaline pH can best be achieved and maintained through a diet where your foods are paired in easily digestible combinations and you strive to eat many foods that are inherently alkaline. 09.01.2022 Figures from the Australian Bureau Statistics show that: 84% of retirees have an annual income under $21,000 And, only 4% of retirees have an income over $41,000. "THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN DYING IS RUNNING OUT OF MONEY FIRST".... Most people have a profound fear of failure and, for most older people, their greatest fear is that they will live longer than their money. Fear of poverty is the number one fear from which the majority of people suffer. Sadly, so few take any action to overcome or prevent poverty or, remain blissfully ignorant of what the future holds for them. Perhaps if the word Pension was linked to the word Poverty, more people might actually desire to learn more about investing and therefore work smarter, not harder. Unfortunately for 84% of Australians, it is simply easier to do nothing.

03.01.2022 "A lot of people confuse acceptance with apathy, but there's all the difference in the world. Apathy fails to distinguish between what can and what cannot be helped; acceptance makes that distinction. Apathy paralyzes the will-to-action; acceptance frees it by relieving it of perceived impossible burdens. If you accept you cannot be wealthy then you will justify your apathy to do something about it!" Anthony Candy, 2011
