10.01.2022 It's been a tough year for a lot of Small Business Legana Tavern are extremely thankful for the great community support we've received & choose to use local suppliers and producers as much as possible. We're lucky to have a great location and have recently been sharing our facilities with a great group of local producers as a pick up point for Tasmanian Produce Collective Check out there page to pick up some great food and support local producers ... With so many events cancelled this year, next Saturday (15/8 9am-5pm) another local small business will be in the carpark with a Showbags pop up shop to bring smiles to the Legana kids. Get down and support them if you can :)

07.01.2022 It’s Almost Time.... Locals, Regulars, Bar Fly’s & The Legana Tavern Extended family ! The Tavern Crew are as excited as you are that restrictions are finally being lifted and we're getting closer by the day to being able to invite you back into venue ! Ever since the government dropped on us that as of 3pm Friday we'd be allowed a few extra people in venue. We've been working hard with partners & suppliers to get things back up and running. Unfortunately after the last few ...weeks, it’s not as simple as throwing open the doors and running down freshwater point rd screaming ' COME IN, WE'RE OPEN !! ' The lines that the tap beer, you've been craving run through, need to be serviced, the beer has to be reshipped, cooled down and re-tapped. The Dry Ginger that mixes just right with your 'CC & Dry' has to be run out of the lines and replaced with fresh The Pork Belly has to be sourced, delivered, prepared, seasoned, slow cooked, cooled, cut and ready to again excite your taste buds... & there's a heap of new rules and regulations that whilst boring and not much fun are important in keeping all of us, Happy, Healthy and Safe. 04.01.2022 Once again The Connie the Cow team are about to head off on there Fundraising campaign for the Tas Variety Bash. Get behind a great bunch of blokes and help support them raise funds for sick and disadvantaged Kids. Last year the raised $25,000 and are well on the way to doing it again. Without large corporate sponsors, all with donations from small local businesses and individuals getting behind the cause.
