This will come in handy if your learner's device is not working, the myLearners app is not available or someone other than you has taken your learner for a practice drive. This is not a replacement for using the app. Learners should continue to use the app as their main way to submit drives. It is for occasional use when there might be a special circumstance.... How to submit a drive manually You will need to use your myVicRoads account to submit drives manually. It is your responsibility to ensure that drive details are correctly entered. Drives submitted manually can be a maximum of 2 hours per drive to a total of 10 hours of the required 120 hours."

11.01.2022 The extension of learner permit and hazard perception test results: VicRoads will grant a 12 month extension on existing computer test results recorded in the driver licencing system (DLS). Any customer with computer test results (i.e learner permit and hazard perception) that are recorded in DLS and were valid as at 25/03/2020, will have those results extended for a period of 12 months (i.e. valid until 25/03/2021).

07.01.2022 At the drive test, Do I need to wear any personal protective equipment? Yes. Whilst inside the vehicle you will need to wear a mask. These will be... provided to all parties travelling in the vehicle. You will also need to take a mandatory temperature check before starting the test. We also expect you to practice good hand hygiene before and after the test, by washing hands or using hand sanitiser. See more

06.01.2022 To support interstate and overseas licence holders during the COVID-19 emergency, VicRoads has implemented the following: All interstate and overseas licence holders will be exempt from the requirement to obtain a Victorian licence within 6 months of residency... VicRoads will provide an additional 12 months for the interstate or overseas conversion of driver licences Impacted customers may continue to drive on their existing overseas or interstate licence provided it is current o Note: if the customer has been unsuccessful on a drive test, they cannot continue to drive on their existing overseas or interstate licence Meaning overseas licence holders now have until 29/04/2021 to convert to a Victorian Licence.
