23.01.2022 All, Unfortunately with the Covid19 situation that is gripping the world. We have had to make the hard decision to postpone the reopening of Leichhardt Lodge. We will now attempt to reopen on August 7 this year. I hope every one understands this decision, it was not an easy one but it is for the good of the craft we do this. ... Saying that I hope this extra time allows us to make this a more momentous occasion and even more of an occasion for all those who will be involved. Leichhardt will still rise again and with the pomp and ceremony it truly deserves. VW Bro Mathewson

20.01.2022 Sorry it has been a little while since i last posted. I have some updates for everyone. We will be holding our first meeting of the restarted Leichhardt Lodge on Friday May 8. 2020 at 6PM in the Rockhampton Masonic Centre. ... Also I would like to announce that V W Bro Stephen Rendalls has taken on the job as master. Congratulations to Steve for stepping up on this important project.

16.01.2022 My weekly update which has just been mailed out: Greetings Brethren More health nightmares down south with Victoria having a record number of cases today (532). This was the community transmission everyone was fearing. NSW is on high alert and we must be aware that all it takes are one or two ‘super spreaders’ to get through the net and we could be in the same position.
