19.01.2022 . I just wanted to put out an invite for any ladies that are interested in joining me in a (free) gratitude challenge starting next Monday the 18th January. Gratitude has been proven to increase mental strength, improve physical health and improve psychological health, so I figured its not only a great way to kick off the year, but also a great way to lift our spirits. ... Many of us are in/have been in lockdown or are living a life that is far from our "normal" routine so I wanted to create a space for support, connection and discussion and give us all a reminder of the things we have in our life that we can be grateful for. Gratitude has the potential to change your life and this book takes you on a 28 day journey of practising gratitude. There is a short chapter for each day that icludes a practice to implement the teaching for that day. If you haven't read the book before, then you're in for a treat! I think you'll be amazed at how much your life will transform as you build momentum throughout this challenge. And don't worry if you dont have the book. You can still join.
