10.01.2022 Yesterday I, like any other day just minded my own business, when a random lady at school said to me.... "You always look so fit ", cheeky as I am I said, "I am fit "and she bluntly replied.... "I'm not! I have a gym membership, but I stay where I am, never improving , it's not working for me ". So respectfully I stepped closer and asked "may I ask how your nutritional intake is...... " her response... "shit"... So I said "You know it's 70% food and 30%work". Let's leave it there....... If you struggle with the balance of choices and you have no idea how to use the membership at the gym, reach out and get started My breakfast today is a overload of good fats, (avo /cheese) a little too much for daily intake, but I'm kind to my body, I need it (post strength training) Healthy carbs (spinach /fried sweet potato /carrots and beetroot) And last but not least fried Egg's with a spoon full of chia seeds

I don't have a end goal, one mission, NEVER GIVE UP I had 3 problem areas ... weak shoulders missing partly of my core (Abs) due to. severe abdominal separation 3rd pregnancy and a non working but (glutes were gone!) also due to pregnancies, long breastfeeding periods, lack of nutrition to feed the muscles, my glutes were gone....... That explained my continues Lower back pain! No more weak shoulders Strong core And I have a But! No longer do I have back pain! My but is doing its job
