18.01.2022 How amazing is our God! Like seriously, everything we have ever needed to support our bodies, was purposely placed on this earth for us to use! I mean if you've ever wondered what an essential oil can do for you? Well the plant itself often leaves plenty of clues, as to how it is going to support us. . You see, trees are strong and reliable. They have protective branches and bark, are grounded and well rooted. They also produce oxygen so think about that next time you feel... like you might need some more air into those lungs or feeling a bit flighty. . Flowers, well these are all things soft, soothing and feminine. They are opening (think petals) and calming. They are bright and pleasing to the eye too so they can also remind us of our innate beauty. They also often resemble female reproductive organs so that's one to remember coming into Valentines Day. . Herbs, well they are very strong and resilient. Often the seeds have hard shells around them for protection or the leaves have microscopic thistle like hairs. These babies are potent so less is more but wow can they be supportive. You will be in good hands. . Finally citrus, well these are bright and grow towards the light so if you want to be uplifted these are the ones to reach for. 06.01.2022 I always love to reflect back, and think about life before I had been introduced to doTERRA, by my beautiful sister @trinity_jean 3YEARS AGO... I remember barely getting by! With kids always being unwell, and me struggling to keep up with it all!!!
