21.01.2022 Our last toddler sing and dance lesson for 2020 is occurring at 4pm today inside Town Hall. A very big thank you to Miss Hayley from Cygnets Dance for bringing such a wonderful program to Leinster. We hope those who have attended over the last 8 weeks have thoroughly enjoyed getting involved and having some fun with their toddlers.

10.01.2022 A note from one of our members! Please contact Nikki Scott if you can help Hi guys! I’m in the process of doing my PT qualification and I’m in need of a client that is around the age of 13! (Female preferable) can anyone help me out please? Parent/s are needed to be present. It’s only for a consultation (asking questions, filling in paperwork, taking blood pressure etc) and fitness testing: cardio, strength, agility, flexibility and motor skills. This can take up to 1 hour to complete. My latest assignment is to create PT sessions for U18; one on one and sport groups.
