24.01.2022 Happy New Year to all! With just a couple of weeks to go before term begins the studio is getting a dust off this week. 2019 enrollments are available and the studio will be open from next week as we prepare administration and classes to commence on 29th January. Looking forward to a busy year

23.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS!! To all performers and thank you to all who supported our performances. A special thank you to our backstage assistants who miraculously get our young dancers ready. We were very fortunate to have the Principal dancers of Duprada Dance Company, they really helped lift the performers and their help in production was tremendous. We are proud to say that only the backdrops came from interstate. Everything else, dancers, costumes, scenery and props were all Territory made or based. As highlight of the year for the school, I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

21.01.2022 Classes are cancelled for today as the emergency services have opened shelters and advised of essential travel only. Classes will resume as normal on Monday.

21.01.2022 Term 2 has been very productive as classes are preparing for their open days. The Company have already been working on choreography toward the performance. With just a few weeks to go until school holiday's we are trying to get as much done as possible. Looking forward to getting student performance preparations underway in Term 3. Great work everyone!!

15.01.2022 First week of term has flown by!! It was very busy with lots of new students coming in to try classes and enrolling. We also welcomed a few new teachers assisting with classes this year. Our new lilac uniforms are very sweet and going to be just perfect.

15.01.2022 The excitement is building as we make our final preparations for Don Quixote. Our young dancers have come to ballet this week with many 'big' girls and boys in the studio. Welcome to the dancers from Alice Springs. It has been a few squeezy days of class and rehearsal in the studio as we run through the ballet. The Company head to the theatre tomorrow to start stage rehearsals before the show on Saturday. I'm looking forward to seeing this fun and vibrant ballet in full costume and lights. 14.01.2022 Best wishes for Opening night and awesome performances as Duprada Dance Company stage La Fille mal Gardee in Alice Springs this weekend. I wish I could be there amongst the backstage madness and watching from the wings. I'm sure it will be a great production.

11.01.2022 Wow - it's hard to believe we are near the end of week 7!! It has certainly been busy getting our new students settled into classes, organising uniforms and the inevitable paper work. Welcome to all, I hope your year has started well and enjoying your classes. Our new cover photo is pretty much how the studio looks each day...little legs and feet everywhere.

11.01.2022 Term 4 is underway!! Performance time is our most exciting. Firstly with the arrival of most costumes yesterday and the buzz of rehearsals with the other classes. Just a few weeks of work in the studio and then into the theatre. Time to get busy...

08.01.2022 A big thank you to our students and their families who have come back to classes. It has been a great start and though it's already nearing the end of this term we have loved every minute. Dancing is just not the same without people to share it with. The music, the energy and the connection to each other through movement. We are lucky to have it back so soon.

06.01.2022 Happy New Year!! We are celebrating our 20th Anniversary in 2020 and we're getting things underway now. Classes are open for enrollments. Inquiries welcome to come and try a dance class. Term 1 commences 28th January

06.01.2022 Term 2 classes are underway and new enrollments are welcome. Open classes at the end of term 1 gave our young dancers the opportunity to show the new skills they are learning to parents and friends. It's lovely having a day to share achievements with families. Looking forward to a busy term

05.01.2022 Classes will be on today, we have power and no damage from the cyclone. There are still a couple of trees down on Abala Road as you approach the studio.

04.01.2022 Term 3 is upon us and it promises to be a busy one... After Duprada Dance Company's performance of Don Quixote and 20 open classes to finish last term, the holiday's were a well earned break. This term we are preparing for the school's performance in November. Casting, costumes and each level learning their individual dances to pull together into the 2 ballets. New enrollments are welcome for term 3, with classes commencing on 23rd July. Lets get dancing!!!

04.01.2022 A quick note for anyone coming to ballet today. It's one way traffic all day, you may need to leave a few minutes early to pick-up or drop off.

02.01.2022 Happy New Year :) We are just a couple of weeks from getting our 2017 year underway. There's some cleaning and re-arranging going on in the studio, as well as organising everyone into their new classes for this year. All the details will be out next week via email. Enjoy the rest of the holiday's, see you soon. There are available spaces if you are looking at starting classes.
