23.01.2022 I had the pleasure of creating a cake for a dear old lady using the sugar flowers she'd made herself years ago. Her favourite colour is purple, so a purple fondant covering airbrushed with a pearl sheen are the perfect back drop to show off her roses.

17.01.2022 I was so excited to make this cake!! I don't imagine there are too many other cakers who are also mad mtb'ers and trail builders, but if there are they would understand ;) I was under a lot of pressure from the rest of my family to 'get it right', and I'm relieved to say they were impressed. Fingers crossed the recipient was also happy! The 100% edible handcrafted fondant trail tool sits atop a chocolate mud cake with choc ganache and a covering of cake crumb 'dirt'.

16.01.2022 "Plays golf, and goes for North Melbourne..." I put together this cake with those details. (A colleague suggested a turd would've been appropriate but I think this was better received!) This blue & white decorated beauty was a vanilla mud with raspberry layers.
