25.01.2022 Walking around the garden reminds me of how much we have to be grateful for.The warm Winter Sunshine and a relatively kind Winter! Many pretty faces bursting out to celebrate the coming of Spring The joyful birds song and two mobs of kangaroos doing s wonderful job of maintaining lush green grassy areas Very challenging times for all and I hope that everyone is safe and well and Covid 19 will be just a memory to lock away. 10.01.2022 We woke up this morning to s different glow filtering through the windows.Looking out we discovered the world outside had turned whiteDuring the night snow had fallen and covered everything in a white blanket So very beautiful and so blessed to be cosy inside. Wally made a sprinting exit outside and sprung off the veranda a new experience for his puppy feet.

07.01.2022 The eerie light after the thunder storm,the earthy,sweet,pungent aroma,the cooled air after a hot sultry day! The thunder storm quite short in duration,rolling rumblings across the Otways and intermittent loud,vibrating claps. Heralded in a half hour drenching down pour.......resuscitating all living creatures

07.01.2022 The old fishing co op open weekends well worth a visit.It is at risk of being demolished and it’s wonderful history of fishing in Lorne lost as well as Sammy and Angeloo’s Pier Restaurant.There is a poetry competition at the moment in memory of Christos who gifted us with his wonderful colourful poems over many years.
