24.01.2022 Hey Harvey, so due to pregnancy taking it’s toll I am looking for a few new employees, main one being a cook. I am just over half way through my pregnancy and would like to get someone trained up ASAP to take my place and let me get the swelling out of my ankles Experience is essential in this position. I will also be looking for more weekend casuals to give our full time local staff some time off. 21.01.2022 Hey Harvey Unfortunately we will not be able to reopen as intended on Saturday the 2nd as I have developed a nasty head cold which I was given for Christmas I am on the tail end of it but don’t want to risk bringing it into the cafe at all! 19.01.2022 We are looking for a friendly and highly experienced cafe manager to join our team within Lemongrass. You would be a 2IC to the owner/manager and stepping into her shoes over her maternity leave period. This would be a long term role for immediate start. Only applicants with a significant amount of experience within a similar role will be considered. Referees are required to be supplied. ... Daily tasks would include Barista work, supervising younger staff, assisting in roster changes, stock ordering, timesheet keeping as well as basic cafe duties. Taking away Saturday and Sunday and only opening for Friday and Monday nights. ... 08.01.2022 It was a really amazing opportunity to have another local want to come into the cafe to have a conversation and support us. It’s been a hard year for so many, it’s been hard getting the support we’ve needed from local governments, Michelle was kind enough to offer to assist us with a few issues which have now been sorted and then went the extra mile by offering to do a short video. So please have a watch and have a giggle at my awkwardness at being on camera. We are now per...mitted to allow use of our bathroom facilities and are no longer restricted to 20 patrons. Thank you!

Thank you for your continued support during such an intense and interesting year. We could not be more grateful for the support we have received while rebuilding our cafe, we could not be happier with the direction we are heading and look forward to continuing to grow with the town. 2021 is going to be an exciting and memorable ...year for us and we can’t wait to share it with you all. 02.01.2022 And just like that, we have an outdoor area. Months of sweat and tears. A massive thank you to my partner Ben for putting in endless hours of work and sacrificing the already minimal down time he had to help make my vision come to life. We will continue to build onto the playground, adding new equipment when possible and where required. Don’t forget to enter our birthday month photo competition with any photos of your little ones enjoying the newest addition to Harvey!
