18.01.2022 Dear My lovely customers As all you know our restaurant has been joining partner with online ordering such as Uber, a Deliveroo, Eat Now and Menulog. These online ordering platforms have received our food and deliver at your door. Each companies have their own rules on delivery and regulation of refunding. If you order with all those I had mentioned, please deal with them as we only provide food and we will not be able to response for any complaint, not because we do not ...considerate but we are not be able to get or force them to take responsibility on what all customers want. For example, once you place the order with all online application(except our restaurant website), it will tell your approximate time for delivery the food to you when the delivery guys arrives they will give you a call to let you know you food is arrived, however sometimes, the delivery guys can not reach you(certain time on calling and waiting depends on their company regulation) they will or will not leave you the food depending on their decision. If they do not leave the food at your door because they are trying several times to contact you, the delivery guys will leave wi and they also never come back to return the food at the restaurant and the restaurant cannot track them. For this reason, you will be charged money either you are not receive any of your food. We would like to make it clear that we are truely understand and feel sorry for that, but we would have to say that we cannot responsible for all faults. The customer may have to deal with the company that you have place the order to. We hope, we could make it clear on our side that if you do not receive the food and not be able to get the refund. We also cannot do the refund back to you as we already do our job as cook the food and give it to delivery drivers who take the food to your door. We do not try to avoid or deny the problem if it was our fault in anyhow. So if you do not like to face this problem, please order directly to us by phone or via our own website.
