24.01.2022 Home from our little family getaway I don’t have many photos to share, spent most of my time running after the kids (and didn’t even take my phone most days) but here’s some Polaroids we snapped during the day together. 17.01.2022 I'm still learning about life, my woman brought children for me. So I can sing them all my songs, and I can tell them stories It’s moments like these that mean the most. This session was really important to me. Apart from their wedding photos, these were their first ever professional family photos. + their backstory made these moments even more important to me to capture all the love and joy they share together. ... I hope these memories are everything you wanted and more James & Lucinda. Little Hudson is perfect! You have created one special family, that’s for sure. Xx

15.01.2022 Another update - please don't stress if you haven't received a reply yet; I am still working through emails everyone! I have had a huge past couple of days trying to catch up on all new enquiries and emails (which means I am almost booked out for the entire year now - thank you so much for your support). I am hoping to have ALL replies done by late tonight as I am out of the office Wed/Thurs this week for some exciting adventures (which I will share with you all next week so...me time, eeeek!). It’s been a hard year for most of us and we wanted to make our setup extra special this year to celebrate during this festive season. Everyone who registered on the waitlist should have received an email by now please check your spam/junk inbox as well. HOW TO BOOK: - There is a booking request form in the email that was sent to you. - From 7pm tonight, you can fill out your preferred session date/time - (please do not fill this out earlier!!! Your request will not be booked in before 7pm. We have allocated time today for everyone to work out when they can do their session and don’t want it to feel too rushed). - You will be contacted within two business days (latest will be Monday afternoon next week) to confirm receipt of your session time. 14.01.2022 I’m sorry but we don’t do awkward smiles at my camera. We just do ‘life’. Hands down, this is one of my favourite photos I’ve EVER taken. In my entire life. I’m so in love with everything about this - so much LOVE + HAPPINESS in one frame. Extra grain added to this photo to give it that timeless feel/look. This is one you get out in 50 years to show the grandkids. ... Don’t you just instantly feel happy looking at this??

10.01.2022 It’s the moments at the end of a session I always love the most. They are normally the most wild + messy, but in my opinion, definitely the best. When you tell everyone you’re finished and we can pack up... but really, I’m never actually done until I’m driving away. I’ll always get my camera out again when some family magic starts to happen! Because it’s the moments like these that are so beautiful - not worrying about the camera at all, just some family tickles and laught...er, messy hair and rolling in the grass. So much love for this family - these were their first ever family photos and I feel so blessed to have been their first photographer. Thanks for trusting me Vinnie and Bel!!!

09.01.2022 YOU ARE MY REASON WHY. Thank you for trusting me Julia. Here’s a special note from this beautiful woman... I was so incredibly nervous to have photos taken after a previously bad experience with a different photographer had left me very self conscious. Having just had a baby we needed to update our photos, I was hopeful that given Ash’s clear talent, that maybe I’d get one photo that I would be happy looking at. From the moment I contacted Ash she has been positive, patient... and completely genuine. I shared my concerns and how reluctant I was to go ahead with photos. Ash simply asked me to trust her. Come photo day the weather definetly wasn’t on our side, and our kids were next level chaos. Ash was so calming and happy to see us. The session felt like a normal interaction for our family, lots of conversation complete with laughs and eye rolls. The photos turned out amazing, a lot more than the one photo I was hoping for. I get something different from them every time I look at them. I’m so glad Ash asked me to trust her. Ash’s talent is beyond her ability to take a good photo, she’s also an incredible person. I put 100% trust in these beautiful women to do what they do best - creative magical cakes and floral bouquets - would you believe that this cake and this bouquet weren’t made by the same person? They were both given the same vibe/brief for... what I wanted to achieve for this elopement on the beach... and boy, did they deliver! How much do you love this?! 06.01.2022 Can you believe it’s already September? We are more than half way through the year (seriously, how?)... it’ll be Christmas before we know it! Normally October to December are my busiest months as everyone wants family photos to give to their loved ones as presents (which is so lovely!). However! I am just about fully booked for the rest of the year so if you are wanting a session, please book it in as soon as possible. I’m not one personally to plan my life months and months ...in advance (mostly due to my husband’s job) so I do understand those people that message me at the last minute wanting to book in a session (I so get that!!). But! I also hateeee having to say that I’m booked out and I can’t help. You’ve contacted me because you want those beautiful real and raw photos of your loved ones, taken by me... and that makes me so happy... but I can only do so much so please, if your heart is set on me capturing your family, please try lock in a date as soon as you can. I don’t need to shout about the backstory of this session; between Sarah and I, it was a gift that my soul had to give. I’m so grateful for your entire family and for these moments we captured.

05.01.2022 This is Ava’s Great Nan (that’s right, four generations here). What was so special about this moment was that Ava’s Great Nan absolutely loves plants and greenhouses (and has her own little one at her home too) and she was so happy + in her element!! So, whilst this was a photoshoot, it ended up being more of a beautiful morning out having fun with Great Nan, Nan, Mum and baby Ava. And I was just there to capture these precious moments when no one knew I was taking a photo. & whilst I can’t fully comprehend yet what this photo will mean for Ava in 50 years from now, all I can hope for is that it is cherished for a lifetime, and more.

05.01.2022 Happy 3rd Birthday to my beautiful twins Penny & Poppy. It’s been a wild ride that’s for sure but you girls are so special. I love your totally different personalities and I really love when I catch you two together and you are saying you pinky promise? to each other and then put your pinky fingers together and giggle. I’m the luckiest Mum in the world to be given you two girls. I’m making a conscious effort to document more of our lives with my camera so your Dad can wat...ch you grow whilst he sacrifices so much for being away to support us. 03.01.2022 Out of office // it is official - I’m taking my first few days off in forever (Wed 16/9 to Sunday 20/9). This year has been so hard on so many families out there, and for us, it’s been our hardest year yet. So I’ve decided to take my babes and head off for a little family getaway as we all definitely need the break and time to relax/have fun. I will do my best to stay away from my phone/laptop during this holiday as I want to be present in these memories with my children, w...hich means I won’t be on emails unless it’s urgent.
