24.01.2022 UPCOMING TANJA MITTON CLINIC Hi everyone, Just a quick reminder that we will be hosting Tanja Mitton for a 2 Day Rider Posture and Mindset Clinic across Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th of this month. ... Tanja's clinics are fantastic for riders of all experience levels and disciplines, and there are always many "ah hah!" moments involved. With a mixture of riding and theory, Tanja can really help you progress as a rider. It will be a great weekend, so make sure you book your spot to join in the learning and fun. We have limited spaces still available, so send a message or give Emmeline a call soon on 0434 401 448 to book or ask any questions you might have. Clinic spaces cost $460 for Full Riding Participants, and $260 for Theory Only Participants. All spaces come with meals, overnight camping, horse stabling/paddock, and facility fee. 24.01.2022 posting on behalf of a client We are hoping to lease a horse to be agisted here at Lena Park. Preferred gelding only.... The horse will be used for regular lessons, some trail riding, and hopefully a little bit of jumping. Were looking for a horse with a sound mind from 153 to 16. It must be suitable for a novice rider. The horse needs to be experienced doing the three things mentioned above. Please nothing green broken, spooky, or straight off the track TBs. 17.01.2022 Full Care Agistment Place Available! Lena Park is opening up one full care agistment spot for someone looking to agist on our beautiful, relaxed property in Mt Nathan. This spot includes:... - private paddock and stable or lock up shelter - quality feed - hay - bedding - all feeding, rugging, stable cleaning, putting in/out, etc. - full use of facilities including full size 60x40 sand dressage arena with ELD surface, concrete wash-bay and tack room. All areas, including the arena, are well lit. Our agistees are truly treated like our own horses here--they're all part of the family! Everyone is very friendly, and with lovely views, it's a relaxing and peaceful environment to be in. There are lessons available onsite, and we also offer training services to help you keep on top of things. 17.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has inquired about Reggie so far. Here’s a little bit more information about Reggie and the sort of home he is best suited for. Reggie is 15.1 hands and 14 years old. ... He is suitable for beginner and novice riders if under supervision by an adult. He’s obviously a very quiet boy, but he is also a thoroughbred and can show some thoroughbred traits, like the occasional spook, though it's never anything big. Reggie is also quite happy to trot over trot poles and do some small cross rails, but any big jumping would be too high demand for him now. He has had no trail riding experience while with me, but I would say he will be fine with an experienced rider, or if you’re riding on the same property he lives on. He is fully voice command trained on the lunge. He’s currently shod with us, but could go back to being barefoot over time. Reggie does have OCD that he was born with in one hind leg, which is currently managed with 4cyte daily This is also why Reggie is looking for a home with a family looking for a semi-retired pleasure horse He is not suitable for competition or pony club. If you are interested in Reggie, there’s lots more information coming with him. It's all about the right home for this boy. 16.01.2022 Our beautiful Reggie, who used to be our only school horse, has been enjoying his lease with Sarah. He's been a great companion and taught her lots while she has been hunting for her own horse, hopefully to take her out into the competition scene next year. Now, as we’re getting closer to that horse, it’ll soon be time to think about finding Reggie a forever home. tihis will be a very sad day here at Lena Park, as he's a much-loved part of the family.... Reggie is lovely and quiet. Best suited to a quiet and relaxed life with someone wanting a safe reliable horse. Would be lovely for someone looking to ride on their property, or for a family looking for a horse for everyone to ride. Reggie is not suited to a competition home or someone wanting to do intense riding--he is looking for a semi-retirement type of life. Reggie will only go to the very best of suitable homes as we love him greatly and this is a difficult sale.

Cassi placed 2nd and 3rd in her prelim tests, even though she was in a big Open field! She got great scores of 67% and 68%. 13.01.2022 We are still on the hunt for a horse for a lovely family mom and two kids. Mom has some riding experience; kids are complete beginners. Were not looking for anything flash, were just looking for quiet with three quiet paces.... We need something that lunges well for the kids to learn trot and canter. Should be happy to trot around on a loose contact. No older than 17. Absolute minimum 13 hands but must be chunky--preferred 14 to 14.3 Willing to consider 15 hands for the right horse. Must be sound! Budget is 4-5k. I will also look at Lease or lease-to-buy. Due to COVID-19 we cannot travel across the border, so we're only looking within a couple of hours of the Gold Coast in QLD. 09.01.2022 When we brought Reggie here to Lena Park, Karen was his very first client! She was the first person to ever have a lesson on him, and she's been with him ever since . It seemed only fair then that Karen be given the opportunity to lease him as we make some small changes to the business . Reggie and Karen will be spending a lot more time together now as they explore their partnership in a lease. This is a great way to get to experience what its like to own your own horse, and we're so excited for what's to come.

He will continue having two regular clients a week, helping them on their journey into horse ownership. 01.01.2022 Milo supervising the grading of the arena and making sure it’s up to his standards. Making sure everything is up to Milo's standards can sometimes be quite difficult around here. This boy sets very high standards for us all !

01.01.2022 Milo and I had another awesome day out on Sunday for the second leg of the Park Ridge Summer Series. Milo gave me a great feel through the test, and we really are starting to come together as a great team now; it really is an amazing feeling. I have no photos to show from the competition as I think I need a social media manager and photographer lol .... Hard to be organized on the day and also remember to take photos. So, a little video from our morning walk out today will have to do .
