Saturday morning @ 9:10am Friday night @ 6:10pm $5 per session if you are a PT client or $10 per session for Non Clients.... Only 10 spots available so book in early!!

He is currently working 2 jobs which consists of mill work from 5am till 3:30pm and personal training from 4pm till 7pm. 17.01.2022 Looking for some motivation to hit the new year off with? I'd like to introduce my client @velarajamanickam To date he has lost 61kg!!! 3 years ago, weighing in at 129kg he decided to make a change, he knew he needed to clean up his act. To start was sacrificing the usual habits, reducing alcohol consumption, smoking and start consuming real food.... A year went by, it was working well, but he had more desire. He wished to look his best only he could imagine. Then we met each other approx 18 months ago when I was managing Anytime Fitness. Straight away he put his needs right down the middle with me. I tailored him a diet which he could manage, live happily, not starve to death and not crave food either. Next was committing to PT sessions which we kicked off straight away. Vela is still attending sessions with me however, as he is happy with his body, we are now focusing on building strength and fitness overall. Congrats mate couldn't be more proud with your commitment!!! Never give up! Introducing my client @k_l__ karl is an athlete who practises the sport of Jissen Budo, a hybrid martial art combining Kyokushin karate, kick boxing, jiu jitsu and grappling into a full body contact sport. I always try to think outside the box when it comes to a clients training. For example. Perfecting your technique and form will always out-weigh the "ego lifter" who tries to lift/push/pull/squat etc more than he/she should. ... Their technique/form will be dangerous, incorrect and further more would have great potential in injuring the body Short term or Long Term!
