I'm holding a BALLINA Rugby Speed & Agility Clinic this Sunday at Ballina Seagulls Rugby League Club. This is a great opportunity for your players, parents and coaches to learn the art of Rugby speed & agility as well as getting FAST for next season. ... Learn how to change direction sharply, explode off the mark, and leave your defenders for dead. This workshop will improve CONFIDENCE on the field and teach you how to GET FAST using the same techniques that professional Super Rugby players use. Players from any sport who are 9 years up who want to learn how to get faster to improve their on-field performance. It's also open to Parents and Coaches who would like to be able to teach their kids or team the speed technique. 06.01.2022 Hi All teams and players, Just a reminder to all interested players turning 12 in 2021, upcoming FNC Zone Under 12's Trial/Tryout/Training, this is the second trial and we have had to move it from Lismore due to flooding and moved it to the Sunday not this Saturday. Date: This coming Sunday 20/12/2020, we have had to move the second Trials to Williams Oval Lennox Head on the Sunday due to flooding at the Lismore oval.... Time: 10.30 pm arrival to sign in and register their details, 11am Sharp Start till approximately 1pm.
