At this stage we are still meeting with our local clients to attend to signing contracts and compliance documents HOWEVER going forward should we not be able to meet with people we have all the latest secure software to enable complete remote communications, verification of identity, signing of compliance documents, etc. When engaged for your sale or pur...chase we will send you a link to securely communicate with you at any time (somewhat like messenger), in this space we can add documents (of any size) and then go through those documents with you over the phone. Documents can be electronically signed and we can chat backwards and forwards and stay in touch any time. This is at no extra cost to our clients and all included in our low flat rate all inclusive fee.
