21.01.2022 Firstly, we hope all our wonderful customers are healthy & stay well! (What a year 2020 is turning out to be!) Secondly, we are still open for business and anticipate no change to our gas deliveries in the immediate future. As you would know, recommendations and guidelines are changing all the time and we will work our way through these as they come to hand. Thirdly, as many people are now working from home, or isolating at home, please be mindful that our delivery drivers n...eed safe and clear access to your cylinder site for a delivery to occur. Cars parked in driveways, for example, are making some sites inaccessible. Our drivers also require, and appreciate, the appropriate social distancing space around them as they do their work. (For example, please don't be offended if they don't shake your hand!) Please phone us on 8389 8400 to arrange gas deliveries - at this point in time, our office IS OPEN - but as germs are harder to transmit via a phone call, any business that can be performed that way is preferred. Puretec has a large range of filters available - if you require a water treatment solution for: ... under the kitchen sink / the entire house / UV filter / your caravan / sparkling water on tap (yes please!) ... Come in and see us. Open Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

17.01.2022 Missed deliveries 20/12/19: We are very sorry that we have not been able to get every gas order delivered today. Our delivery drivers did their very best but access to some areas were just impossible with the fires currently in the area. We will try to get everything completed as soon as possible next week but we appreciate your patience while we wait for this fire to be brought under control.... We are very sorry to hear that some people have lost their homes, backyards and paddocks. Our office evacuated early today so if you have been trying to phone, this is why you have reached the answering machine. Our normal after hours phone is with a member of staff that has been impacted by this fire. Please phone 0408 854 624 if you are having issues with our normal after hours number. 13.01.2022 Easter is nearly here and our hard working gas delivery drivers are out and about getting all the orders delivered before enjoying a long weekend. (Our drivers know the hills very well - if the Easter Bunny needs help with directions we know who to ask!)

11.01.2022 A reminder that entry to our store is still by the FRONT door only. (This has not changed since our update in March - but it seems the rules have been a little too relaxed of late.) This is to ensure:... - all visitors to site use the hand sanitiser on arrival. - we are aware how many visitors are on site. Parking for trucks/vehicles with trailers is still available out the back - but entry must be via the front door. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding - COVID-19 sure has thrown up some challenges for us all!

No internet/emails No EFTPOS This is extremely frustrating for all of us - as we know our customers will be trying to call - but there is nothing we can do! ***** Please come in and see us if you are requiring a gas delivery. ***** Telstra can't tell us when this will be fixed. (We are not the only one effected - it seems most of Lenswood is currently experiencing the same issue.) Thank you for your understanding in this frustrating time. 06.01.2022 Please note change of access doors: Access is now by the FRONT DOOR ONLY. We understand that old habits are hard to break and this could be confusing or annoying to some customers but please be mindful that this is for your safety as well as our employees.... For those customers needing more parking room, the gates to the rear yard are still open - but you will need to walk around to the front door. There is a hand sanitiser station on the front desk - please use this as you enter. Refusal to use the sanitiser will unfortunately mean your access to our site will also be refused. While we can keep our door open, please assist us in our attempts at minimising the risk to both customer and employees.
