24.01.2022 Leon got chased by Apostle birds outflew them easily and then the Wedgetailed Eagles were hovering over us and Leon hid in home tree and waited until they left. Smart boy. Not flying Rainer today!!

24.01.2022 Leon took off deep into the forest today. He kept calling but was getting more distant. He rarely goes too far away. Have spent the last hour calling him but he returned to my hand and is back with Ruby now. She was calling him too. Im relieved and thinking I was silly to worry but a 1/2 hr without hearing him talk to me is a concern. All good hes pigging out and kissing Ruby. Just started to rain

19.01.2022 I had both chics today out of box. Definately both girls so Roy J Dadson will be pleased to accquire them both soon and if pleased with them may add them to his future breeders to keep the blood line going. One we thought may have been a boy but looks like we ran out of green paint Steven video to follow.

16.01.2022 Leon put on a great show for the Wedgetailed Eagle data collectors. Leon flew to tall eucalypt, calling, followed by a perfect return to my hand, with a captivated audience. So proud of my boy!!

16.01.2022 Well Roy Dadson has picked up the baby girls and safely packed up n warm n cosy in transit to his home and avairies. Roy J Dadson is an experienced breeder and hand raiser. Ruby n Leon,surprisingly, seem very calm n okay. Roy commented how big n healthy they are. He will keep me posted on their progress over the next few weeks.... See more
