All our fresh produce is delivered or picked up Wednesday morning to start our week but by 12.30pm last Wednesday we were busy calling and seeing what could be taken back or saved. Our awesome Chefs then did what they could, pickling, preserving & freezing so we would have minimal wastage during the lockdown. Huge thank you to our team for... saving our produce so we can open for lunch tomorrow, Sunday 22nd Nov. .
