18.01.2022 Bamboo leaf is one of the ingredients to make traditional Chinese Indonesian food called Bacang. Bacang is the choice of rice or glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves shaped into diamond filled with meat and steamed. 10.01.2022 This Bacang (sticky rice dumplings) is a traditional Chinese Indonesian dish which is made from glutinous rice stuffed with minced pork wrapped in bamboo leaves. Traditionally this dish is eaten during the dragon boat festival which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the lunar calender.
