10.01.2022 Although I see this being great for our economy to create more jobs and affordable housing I’m concerned about the aftermath this will have to current landlords and what it could do to the property market.. the property market is a huge factor of our economy as The Australian Dream is very real with Australia having over 1,700,000 landlords and 63% of the investors are currently negatively geared. In my opinion Build-2-Rent will have a huge impact on the market as our high taxes have kept this style of realestate investing not profitable. I also believe this has protected property prices and is one of the reasons why we have seen decade on decade growth for Sydney. What do you think?
