24.01.2022 Greetings to all of the lovely Yoga class groups. I hope you are all well and making the most of this time, as strange as it is. I miss you all. It has seemed like a very long week, much longer than that. I do look forward to reuniting in the future, hopefully not too far ahead. Thank you for your kind words and your generosity. 19.01.2022 Greetings to all. Good News! Henley and Grange Community Centre Yogalates, Chair Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes will resume after the long weekend. ... Starting Thursday 11th June. Spaces are limited to 10 for each class at present, so it is very important that you book in, and notify me if you can't attend a booked class, to allow someone else to attend. Thursday morning classes start at 9.30am and Chair Yoga at 11am. Bookings are essential. Unfortunately, Monday 9.30am class, for the time being, has been cancelled. Hatha yoga will resume at 6.30pm Monday 15th June. Bookings are essential. As expected some changes have taken place to ensure safety with social distancing, hygiene and sanitation. You must bring your own equipment. There will be no sharing of mats or props. Continue social distancing in the Yoga space and common areas. Wash your hands well and often. Stay home if you are unwell but let me know, if you have booked a class. 12.01.2022 Leonie Leate Yogalates 9.30 Monday morning class is moving again. From Monday 12th October we will be at 188 Military Road, Henley Beach, in the hall next to St Michael and All Angels Anglican Church. Its a lovely hall, bright and spacious.
