12.01.2022 Sadly this is probably true....what will it take for us all to get the message that where we have been headed til now is the fast road to extinction......time for serious reflection and change....

11.01.2022 with the restrictions being implemented emotional, mental, physical well being is our top priority. I will be continuing my work within the govt restrictions. This is when we need to feel socially connected despite the requirement for physical distancing - isolation is good for some and very distressing for others. Online appointments have always been part of my work, and thankfully will keep us connected when we need that more than ever. Take care and stay safe and well.

11.01.2022 We arrive at the Winter Solstice....acknowledging the longest night of dark as we celebrate the rebirth of the sun. This time holds a powerful energy for regeneration, renewal and self-reflection. I sat with my tea by the fire this morning to do just that, as the sun began to appear and bird song sounded the day. Bliss. May the Living Spirit that comes forth in the energy of light come forward in the light of our every day. Peace.
