25.01.2022 Another week dawning and am excited to be able to keep up to date and do my St Johns CPR Certification this week. We are still keeping strict Heath and Safety practices here in the clinic with time between each client to clean floors and surfaces, getting you to come on in and wash your hands with the trickiest tap in the universe! 03.01.2022 Evening all! Well my wife has been reading out to me everything that has been happening in the world and what people are doing with this Virus. With any illness we all know what we need to do to get better and being fearful can play its role however my rules with my job as a Massage Therapist and where I work will never change. * If your feeling flu like - a massage isn't a good idea - go home, rest and when your ready - come back. * Know my office is cleaned daily - clean t...owels per client, floors, bathroom, hands washed before and after each visitor. * After a massage ensure you increase your intake of water so any toxins moved around are easier to leave your body and you stay hydrated. * Excellent music and bad jokes - this is normal. If your gut tells you your not feeling good or you know you have been around people who may have been away or conditions around you could be suspect - I trust you will make the right choice and when you are ready and of clear conscious I will be able to work my massage magic on you again soon!
